Our Training System

 

Marko will make a detailed client evaluation conducted over the phone or via Skype. We want to clearly identify your goals, specific needs, challenges and daily lifestyle considerations – work, family, travel – which are important factors that will shape your workout schedule.

 

Following the evaluation, Marko will help you create a training profile with our easy to use our online calendar and show you how to update your training information in seconds. Right away Marko will get to work and you’ll start receiving your workout schedule.

 

From your very first workout Marko will review and assess your progress after each and every session. Marko will  adapt workouts based on how you’re feeling or what external factors may be impacting your schedule. Last minute business travel or weather too severe to ride outside? Don't worry. Marko will design a workout you can do at the gym or indoors.

 

Marko's services are offered monthly, with no minimum commitment or startup fees.
